1:Rabbana taqabbal minna innaka antas samee ul aleem

رَبَّنا تَقَبَّل مِنّا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّميعُ العَليمُ 

'' O our Lord ! accept (this service) from us,verily You and You (alone) are the Hearer,the Know er

2:رَبَّنا وَاجعَلنا مُسلِمَينِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنا أُمَّةً مُسلِمَةً لَكَ وَأَرِنا مَناسِكَنا وَتُب عَلَينا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوّابُ الرَّحيمُ

Rabbana waijAAalna muslimayni laka wamin thurriyyatina ommatan muslimatan laka waarina manasikana watub AAalayna innaka anta alttawwabu alrraheem

Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.

3: Rabbana aatina fiddunya hasanatan wa fil aakhirati 

hasanatan waqina azaabannaar

رَبَّنا ءاتِنا فِى الدُّنيا حَسَنَةً وَفِى الءاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنا عَذابَ النّارِ

'' Our Lord ! grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter and save us from the torment of the Fire ''

4: Rabbana afrigh AAalayna sabran wathabbit aqdamana

waonsurna AAala alqawmi alkafireen

رَبَّنا أَفرِغ عَلَينا صَبرًا وَثَبِّت أَقدامَنا وَانصُرنا عَلَى القَومِ الكٰفِرينَ

'' Our Lord, pour down upon us patience, and make our steps firm and assist us against the unbelieving people''

5: SamiAAna wa aataAAna ghufraanaka rabbana wa ilaykal maseer

سَمِعنا وَأَطَعنا ۖ غُفرانَكَ رَبَّنا وَإِلَيكَ المَصيرُ

We hear and obey ,our Lord ,grant us Thy forgiveness and to Thee is the end of all journeys.

6: Rabbana la tu akhithnaa innaseenaa aw akhtaana

رَبَّنا لا تُؤاخِذنا إِن نَسينا أَو أَخطَأنا

'' Our Lord ! take us not to task if we forget or fall into error ''

7: Rabbanaa walaa tahmil alaynaa isran kamaa hamaltahu 

alallatheena min qablina

رَبَّنا وَلا تَحمِل عَلَينا إِصرًا كَما حَمَلتَهُ عَلَى الَّذينَ مِن قَبلِنا

'' Our Lord ! do not lay on us a burden as Thou did lay upon those before us ''

8: Rabbana wala tuhammilna maa laa taaqata lana bihi

waAAfu anna waghfirlanaa warhamnaa anta

mawlaana fansurna alal qawmil kaafireen

رَبَّنا وَلا تُحَمِّلنا ما لا طاقَةَ لَنا بِهِ ۖ وَاعفُ عَنّا وَاغفِر لَنا وَارحَمنا ۚ أَنتَ مَولىٰنا فَانصُرنا عَلَى القَومِ الكٰفِرينَ 

'' Our Lord ! Impose not on us that which we have not

the strength to bear,grant us forgiveness and 

have mercy on us.You are our Protector.

Help us against those who deny the truth''

Rabbana waijAAalna muslimayni laka wamin thurriyyatina ommatan muslimatan laka waarina manasikana watub AAalayna innaka anta alttawwabu alrraheem

Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.

3: Rabbana aatina fiddunya hasanatan wa fil aakhirati 

hasanatan waqina azaabannaar

رَبَّنا ءاتِنا فِى الدُّنيا حَسَنَةً وَفِى الءاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنا عَذابَ النّارِ

'' Our Lord ! grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter and save us from the torment of the Fire ''

4: Rabbana afrigh AAalayna sabran wathabbit aqdamana

waonsurna AAala alqawmi alkafireen

رَبَّنا أَفرِغ عَلَينا صَبرًا وَثَبِّت أَقدامَنا وَانصُرنا عَلَى القَومِ الكٰفِرينَ

'' Our Lord, pour down upon us patience, and make our steps firm and assist us against the unbelieving people''

5: SamiAAna wa aataAAna ghufraanaka rabbana wa ilaykal maseer

سَمِعنا وَأَطَعنا ۖ غُفرانَكَ رَبَّنا وَإِلَيكَ المَصيرُ

6: Rabbana la tu akhithnaa innaseenaa aw akhtaana

رَبَّنا لا تُؤاخِذنا إِن نَسينا أَو أَخطَأنا

alallatheena min qablina

رَبَّنا وَلا تَحمِل عَلَينا إِصرًا كَما حَمَلتَهُ عَلَى الَّذينَ مِن قَبلِنا

'' Our Lord ! do not lay on us a burden as Thou did lay upon those before us ''

8: Rabbana wala tuhammilna maa laa taaqata lana bihi

waAAfu anna waghfirlanaa warhamnaa anta

mawlaana fansurna alal qawmil kaafireen

رَبَّنا وَلا تُحَمِّلنا ما لا طاقَةَ لَنا بِهِ ۖ وَاعفُ عَنّا وَاغفِر لَنا وَارحَمنا ۚ أَنتَ مَولىٰنا فَانصُرنا عَلَى القَومِ الكٰفِرينَ 

'' Our Lord ! Impose not on us that which we have not

the strength to bear,grant us forgiveness and
